What I didn't appreciate, was how much work goes into the back end of making a website. Mark noticed I made an error when moving my domain name, and proactively sent me a message tellingme what I needed to do. I then managed to do something wrong so my client emails were no longer coming through to me, and at the same time, had made a mistake on workdpress which blocked me from signing in. Advice on the internet was complicated or said I had to start again. I opened a ticket, and Mark fixed it within a few minutes.
